Smart Eco-Garden

Young explorers will learn how technology can help protect nature by constructing an autonomous mountain garden. Using everyday materials and electronic modules, the children will create solar-powered lighting systems and smart irrigation mechanisms. This is a practical course in ecology and renewable energy that demonstrates how to take care of the world around us with the help of science.

High-Tech Forest Reserve

Children immerse themselves in the world of Vitosha’s animals by designing a safe and innovative reserve with robotic inhabitants. Through LEGO biomimicry and sound sensors, they will build automatic feeders and monitoring systems that do not frighten the animals. The theme develops empathy and engineering thinking, transforming children into true guardians of wildlife.

   It is mandatory to read our Safety Instructions.

   The deadline by which the CUSTOMER may cancel the service without penalty is up to 10 days before the start date.

7. ---

   In case of cancellation between 9 and 3 days before the start date of the program, 50% of the amount will be refunded.

   In case of cancellation less than 3 days before the start date, as well as after the start date, regardless of the reason, no refunds are made.

9. ---

   A missed day is not compensated and no refunds are made.

10. ---

    The customer may use the coverage of the “Trip Cancellation” insurance of ZAD ARMEEC in case of cancellation for medical reasons, for reimbursement of amounts that the tour operator does not refund under the General Terms and Conditions. The insurance can be used only if, up to 5 days after payment of the service and at least 10 days before the start date of the trip, the parent has provided the child’s full name and personal ID number (EGN), as well as written confirmation that they are familiar with the insurer’s General Terms and Conditions sent to reservations@machirski-sport.com. If these deadlines and conditions are not met, the Customer cannot benefit from the insurance coverage. *HERE you can review the General Terms and Conditions of the insurance.

    The CUSTOMER may designate another person to use their rights under the service no later than 48 hours before the start date of the service, provided that the replacement person meets the specific requirements for performing the service. Otherwise, the TOUR OPERATOR reserves the right to adjust the service price individually depending on the feasibility of the change. For payment of the contract price and expenses related to the replacement, both the CUSTOMER and the replacing person are jointly and severally liable to the TOUR OPERATOR.

    If the CUSTOMER has registered for a specific day of the program, they may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 10 days before the start date of the respective day. In case of cancellation between 9 and 3 days before the start date of the program, 50% of the amount will be refunded. In case of cancellation less than 3 days before the start date, as well as on the specific day, no refunds are made.

    A child whose behavior endangers the mental and physical health of other children and/or systematically violates order and discipline, and/or damages the reputation of the TOUR OPERATOR as a whole and/or its employees and partners or another child, will be removed from the activities, and the contract will be terminated unilaterally by the TOUR OPERATOR without refund of paid fees. This measure is applied when previously applied educational measures, approaches, including joint efforts between the TOUR OPERATOR staff and parents/guardians, have not yielded results.

    The deadline for notifying the CUSTOMER that the minimum number of participants has not been reached and therefore the program is canceled is 3 (three) days before the start date of the program.

15. ---

    Catering is paid in advance for the selected day(s) and can be canceled at least 3 working days before the requested day. In case of cancellation of catering within a shorter period, no refunds are made.

    In case of an increase in fuel prices, Machirski Sport reserves the right to change the program price.
