A day full of games and adventures awaits you – games, climbing on an artificial wall, archery at targets, and many more activities, plus a special surprise for the birthday child!
WHERE?
Birthday parties are organized in the Ophelia area, Vitosha Nature Park. Machirski Sport offers cozy cottages with a kitchenette and private bathroom facilities.
The rooms have different capacities, are specially decorated for the celebration, and are entirely at the disposal of the birthday child and their guests.
It is also possible to rent only the room for the celebration without activities provided by Machirski Sport.
Upon request, the celebration can also be organized at another previously agreed location. The activity program is prepared upon individual inquiry.
HOW DO WE CELEBRATE?
The party program depends entirely on the birthday child’s preferences! 🙂
The sample program can be modified, and some activities may be replaced with art or science workshops.
SAMPLE PROGRAM:
09:30 AM – Departure from a previously agreed location with organized transport
10:30 AM – Arrival at Ophelia, Vitosha Nature Park
10:30 – 12:00 PM – Light hike in the area / sport climbing, rope challenges, and games
12:00 – 1:00 PM – Lunch and gift opening
1:00 – 3:00 PM – Outdoor games and sports activities
3:30 PM – Departure to Sofia
4:30 PM – Arrival in Sofia

Price:
- €450.00 / BGN 880.12 – for groups up to 10 children
- €570.00 / BGN 1,114.82 – for groups up to 15 children
- €670.00 / BGN 1,310.40 – for groups up to 20 children
- Additional charge for groups over 20 children: €32.00 / BGN 62.58 per child

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Transport – we can provide a van/bus to pick up the children from a convenient location for you:
- For groups up to 15 children – €230 / BGN 449.84
- For groups up to 20–25 children – €340 / BGN 664.98
Science or art workshop – €8–10 / BGN 15.34–19.55 per child (depending on the selected workshop)
Themed decoration – must be requested at least three weeks in advance. Themes include: Forest animals; Dinosaurs; Fairies and unicorns; Jungle; Underwater world – €30.00 / BGN 58.67
Catering – we partner with Ophelia Hut. You may choose from the following menus or request a custom menu:
- Option 1: Rectangular slice of pizza, fruit platter, natural juice, hummus and tortilla spread, pretzels or snack mix, sliced cucumbers and carrots in lemon juice, cherry tomatoes – €14.00 / BGN 27.38
- Option 2: One meatball, one kebabche / hunter-style sausage, fruit platter, natural juice, hummus and tortilla spread, pretzels or snack mix, sliced cucumbers and carrots in lemon juice, cherry tomatoes – €14.00 / BGN 27.38
There is an option to store food and drinks brought by you if you choose to organize catering yourself.
The use of plastic items at Machirski Sport bases is prohibited. Due to the epidemiological situation in the country, we recommend that each child brings a personal cup and utensils.

- Every activity in the mountains carries a certain risk of injury. The main principles of our activity are: protection of participants’ health and life; prevention of physical or psychological trauma; compliance with mountain safety rules; and avoidance of extreme situations.
** During the event, mountain guides may change the route and activities depending on circumstances, after mandatory coordination with the event leader and company management.
