08:30 AM – Departure from the parking area in front of Vasil Levski National Stadium

10:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Briefing and introduction to the world of sailing:

• Structure and operating principles of a sailing yacht and/or windsurf board
• Practical exercises in rigging training boats, windsurf boards, and tying nautical knots
• Warm-up and general physical exercises
• Simulator exercises introducing the basic maneuvers of training boats
• Introductory on-water exercises with training boats

1:00 PM – 1:30 PM – Lunch break

1:30 PM – 4:00 PM –

• Sailing with Optimist, Laser Pico, and Laser Omega training sailboats, including specific exercises tailored to the participants’ level of development
• Windsurfing / Kayaking and paddle boarding
• Sailing a designated course using elements learned during the day for the day camps
• Organizing a race to reinforce acquired skills for the weekly camps
• Derigging and organizing the equipment and training facilities
• Review and discussion of the day’s achievements

4:30 PM – Departure for Sofia

5:30 PM – Arrival at the parking area of Vasil Levski National Stadium

CAMP PRICES

Price: €370 / BGN 723.65 per participant

Price for a second child from the same family: €355 / BGN 694.31

The prices include:

• 5 days (6 hours per day) of theoretical and practical training in sailing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, and kayaking, depending on conditions
• Transportation from Sofia to Iskar Reservoir and back
• Highly qualified instructors and coaches from Bulsailing Sports Club
• A representative of “Machirski Sport” accompanying the group throughout the entire program
• Travel insurance

BONUS! – Included Trip Cancellation Insurance, valid for the 5-day package, provided that there are no fewer than 10 calendar days remaining until the start date of the selected week.

The prices do NOT include:

• Lunch
• Personal expenses

Lunch can be arranged at the restaurant “Budnoto Oko” for an additional fee.

The price is valid for a group of a minimum of 18 children.

The camp can also be organized for a group of 15 children with an additional surcharge.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Registration for the program is carried out in advance by sending an email to: office@machirski-sport.com. If you have any questions, you can contact us at 0886 006 067.
2. The Customer must familiarize themselves with our Information Form.
3. After confirmation from our side, you will receive a Contract, which must be completed and signed by you and returned.
4. Payment for the program is made as follows:
   • By bank transfer to the following bank account:
   • DSK Bank AD
   • IBAN: BG09STSA93000001434073
   • BIC: STSABGSF
   • (In the payment reference, please include the full names of the child/children and the name of the program.)
5. You may review the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Declaration of “Machirski Sport” Ltd.
6. It is MANDATORY to familiarize yourself with our Safety Instructions.
7. The deadline by which the CUSTOMER may cancel the service without paying a penalty fee is up to 10 days before the start date.
8. In case of cancellation from 9 to 3 days before the start date of the program, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
9. In case of cancellation less than 3 days before the start date, as well as after the start date, regardless of the reason, no funds will be refunded.
10. A missed day is not made up and no refund is issued.
11. The Customer may use the coverage of the “Trip Cancellation” insurance of ZAD ARMEETS in case of cancellation for medical reasons, to reimburse the amounts not refunded under these General Terms and Conditions. The insurance may be used only if, within 5 days after payment of the service and no later than 10 days before the start date of the trip, the parent has provided the child’s full name and Personal Identification Number (EGN), as well as written confirmation that they are familiar with the insurer’s General Terms and Conditions, sent to reservations@machirski-sport.com. In case of non-compliance with the specified deadlines and conditions, the Customer cannot benefit from the insurance coverage. HERE you can review the General Terms and Conditions of the insurance.
12. The CUSTOMER may designate another person to use their rights under the service no later than 48 hours before the start date of the service, provided that the replacement meets the specific requirements for participation. Otherwise, the TOUR OPERATOR reserves the right to adjust the price of the service individually, depending on the feasibility of the change. The CUSTOMER and the replacing person bear joint responsibility before the TOUR OPERATOR for the payment of the service price under this agreement and the costs related to the substitution.
13. Specific details of the program are stated in the contract.
14. The deadline by which the ORGANIZER must inform the customer whether the minimum number of participants has been reached is 3 days before the start date of each camp.
15. In case of an increase in fuel prices, Machirski Sport reserves the right to change the price of the program.
