PRICES

* The program is implemented for a group of 10 children

** In case of a smaller group, the program can be held, but it will be with a changed program, which will be agreed in advance with the CUSTOMER.

*** In case of increase in fuel prices, Machirski Sport reserves the right to change the price of the program.

The price includes:

• Outdoor activities by Machirski Sport Ltd.
• Sport climbing and rope adventures
• Light mountain hikes
• 2 workshops (art and science) per week performed by our partner
• Field trip in a destination close to Sofia
• Highly qualified guide of Machirski Sport
• Transportaion from and back to Sofia
• Entrance fees
• Insurance

The price does not include:

• personal expences and food

*Food could be arranged additionally upon parents request.

Catering – 50 BGN/week

Includes: hot lunch (soup, main dish, dessert) from a child kitchen. The catering is payed in advance for every week and is not refundable in case of missed day.

SAMPLE PROGRAM

08:15 – 08.30 AM – Gathering at the meeting point – the parking in front of the “Vasil Levski” National Stadium and departing for Vitosha mountain.

09:30 – 10:00 AM – A short briefing on the anti-epdimiologic measures and rules.
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Outdoor activities. The program varies from day to day, it is adjusted according to the childrens capabilities and the weather condition and includes: hikes in different areas of the mountain, lectures combined with games, art and science workshops, field trips to natural and cultural sights.
12:00 – 01:00 PM  – Lunch time in the area of the Ophelii Center
01:00 – 03:00 PM  – Outdoor activities – sport climbing; alpine means of traversing obstacles, combined team games.
03:00 – 03:30 PM  – Afternoon breakfast.
03:30 – 04:30 PM – Outdoor games.
04:45 PM  – Departing for Sofia.
05:30 PM – Arriving in Sofia.

*Please note that this is a sample program and some of the activites might take place in a different order if  the Machirski Sport representitives consider it to be a better course of action!

GENERAL TERMS

1. Booking a place for the program can be made only  in advance by sending an email to: office@machirski-sport.com. If you have any additional queastions you can reach us at the following numbers: 0885 04 22 44, 0886 00 60 67, 0886 05 95 55, 0886 05 00 66.
2. After confirmation by the organizers, you will receive a CONTRACT, which you need fill, sign, scan and return by e-mail.
3. Payment can be effected via:

• Bank card, after receiving a payment request sent directly to your mobile phone or e-mail.
• Bank transfer to the following bank account:

*As reason for the payment you should write down the child/children’s name and surname as well as “Summer adventure school”

     5. It is OBLIGATORY to get acquainted with the COVID 19 containment measures and the safety briefing.

     6. THE CUSTOMER can cancell the service up to 3 days before the start date without having to pay any penalties.

     7. In case of cancellation within less than 3 days before the start date of the program, 70% of the amount will be refunded.

    8. In case of cancellation of the service after the start date, regardless of the reason, the money is not refunded.

    9. THE CUSTOMER may designate another person to use his rights for the tourist service, no less than 48 hours before the start date, if this person meets the specific requirements of the service. Otherwise, THE ORGANIZERS have the right to  change the price of the service individually depending on the possibility of this change.

   10. THE CUSTOMER can postpone or change any of the planned programs up to 24 hours before the start date by sending an email to: office@machirski-sport.com. Any changes made within less than 24 hours, regardless of the reason, are not accepted and the day will be counted as missed without a possibility for reclaiming it at other time.

   11. THE CUSTOMER can use his cancelled or rescheduled day/days within 2 weeks from the end date of the service. In case of delay for more than two weeks, the day/days will be lost and will not be refunded.  The refunding of postponed day/days is coordinated with THE ORGANIZERS.

12. The catering is payed in advance for every week and is not refundable in case of missed day.

13. Machirski Sport keeps the right to refuse participation or to completely cancell the participation in the program of a child, which threatens with his actions the safety of others as well as his own safety. Upon making such decision, it has been carefully cocidered and it is final. If such is the case, Machirski Sport does not owe any compensations or will not refund any resources payed for the program.

14. The deadline for notifying the CUSTOMER that the minimum number of participants has not been reached, due to which the program is canceled is 3 (three) days before the start date of the program.

15. If a smaller group is gathered, the program “Summer Adventure Study Room” can be held, but it will be with a changed program, which will be agreed in advance with the CUSTOMER.

16. For an additional fee, travel cancellation insurance can be taken up to 5 days after payment and up to 10 days before the departure date.

17. In the event of an increase in fuel prices, Machirski Sport reserves the right to change the price of the program.
